Uncompromising Realism of the CAM MKIII System

The operational core of this shotgun is the renowned APS CAM MKIII shell ejecting system. This platform provides an unmatched level of immersion: after pumping, the spent shell is thrown clear of the chamber, requiring the shooter to manually cycle a new shell into battery. The key to the MKIII system is that the CO2 gas is charged directly into the shells themselves (compatible with Smart Shells and MKI shells), providing consistent power and eliminating the need for bulky gas tanks inside the gun. This results in a muzzle velocity of approximately 300-360 FPS with an effective, wide spread of 12 BBs.

Distinguishable Features from the MKII

APS listened to users of their previous Mark II design and made some big changes to improve it. The co2 charge is no longer done into the bolt carrier. The shells hold the co2 charge and as many BBs as you so feel works best for your style of play and how much of a spread you want, 12 is the maximum recommended. 

You then insert a paper topper to prevent them from rolling out and load them into the magazine tube like you would a real one. There’s no need for inner barrels and hop-up chambers as all of the BBs are expended at once in one shot out of the 18mm diameter outer barrel. Rack the pump to eject the empty and load the next one. Charging the co2 directly into the shells means the shotgun is capable of delivering much more power than the previous version. This improves the system tenfold and makes it so much more practical.
